iPhone Air

“So thin and light it changes how you hold a phone, without giving up the speed or the screen.”

The first time you pick up the iPhone Air, it doesn't feel real. At 5.6 mm thin and about 165 grams, it's the thinnest iPhone Apple has made, and after a day with it every other phone feels heavy.

What stands out

The feel

The titanium frame and polished edges make it feel premium, and the weight disappears in a pocket. This is the phone's whole point, and it delivers.

It's still fast

Inside is the A19 Pro chip, the same family as the Pro phones, so thin doesn't mean slow. Apps, photos, and games all fly.

The screen

The 6.5-inch display with ProMotion is bright and smooth, and it's big enough to read and watch comfortably while the phone stays easy to hold.

The camera

It has one 48MP Fusion camera on the back instead of a cluster of lenses. For the photos I take day to day, it's excellent, and the front camera is great for video calls and selfies.

Who it's for

If you want the lightest, most elegant phone you can carry and you don't need a telephoto lens, this is it. If you shoot a lot of zoomed-in photos or need the longest possible battery life, look at the Pro models.
